Back to Basics....

Today I will:-

Drink at least 3L of water

Eat only what I have written on my tracker, pointed, planned and prepared for and not a mouthful more

Work out

Not eat any bread

Not eat any cake, no matter how appealing

NO WINE TILL THE WEEKEND

Last week was a trial to say the least. I am determined that this week will be better.
