chew gum or a really strong breath mint...nothing tastes good with those. Bring a toothbrush to work. Go into a stall at a restroom and do a few side bends...remember where you don't want any weight to go. Hope that was helpful!

Somebody will scold me severely for this unorthodox advice, but here goes ...At least eat diet crap, like artificially sweetened drinks, sugar-free popsicles, and sugar-free Jell-O.Better yet, try a whole-grain sandwich or a wrap with some canned wild salmon (rinse it to get rid of most of the salt). Top it off with generous amounts of spinach or romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and other veggies.Best wishes to you.Jim
