Well...I guess now you know your body can't handle that stuff any more! Lesson learned! You do so well the rest of the time, I'm sure this won't throw you off track much.
Isn't it nice to know that your body has a negative reaction, rather than an "craving more" reaction?
Remember the feeling for next time you 'think' you want McDonalds. Lesson learned. Love you lady.
